Rollex International is a trading name operated by Proprietor, a sole proprietorship (individual business) registered on the Udyam (MSME) portal (UDYAM-XX-00-0000000). It is not a private limited company, public limited company, or limited liability partnership (LLP).
Information we collect
When you pre-book we collect your name, email, phone number, booking details, and UPI transaction reference (UTR) for deposit verification.
Cookies & sessions
When you sign in, Supabase Auth sets secure HTTP-only session cookies so you stay logged in across pages. These are essential for account, bookings, and admin access — not used for advertising.
Session cookies are refreshed on navigation and cleared when you sign out. Do not share your device or browser profile while signed in.
How we use your data
- Verify deposits and manage reservations.
- Contact you about balance due, shipping, and refunds.
- Operate and secure the website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (database, auth, storage) and when required by law.
